Fable 2 doubt plz help

Hello, a friend of mine lend me his fable 2 game. The problem is that it seems a lot of errors, for example sometimes when i enter the game menu where i have to decide between to star a new game , continue, etc the image shown behind appears black. Another thing that seems to be going bad is that when i grab the experience orbs a light appears around me but my characters graphics go wrong like if they had pixel-ed. Also when the game gives you the option to press LT and see a special thing sometimes the image disappears. If you don't understand what i wrote its because I'm Argentinian and my English is quite bad. TY VM!!
