Beta's Questions???

How do you receive beta's. Is there a website that you can go on free of charge to test out these beta's. If so what is it.. I would really be greatful for any info on this. Thz in advance.Beta's Questions???
betas for what? 360 games? usually its by invites to people whop are signed up on the games website, or who preoder.what beta are you talking about? and no theres no general 360 beta website... Beta's Questions???

Halo 3 meta campiagn issue.

ive completed halo on legendary, but im trying to get the campaign meta game achivements.every time i try it on mission 5 i score 20,000+ points and dont get the achievement, i definateley dont have it yet and i definatley have got the required points. single player and co-op. any suggestions??Halo 3 meta campiagn issue.
don't you need 50,000 or more for missions 5 and 6? play the game on normal and turn on iron, throw, fog, and sabotage i think to make getting points easierHalo 3 meta campiagn issue.

make sure your not doing it in co-op with team scoring....you have to do free for all or just do it solo....

did u get 15 000+ after the level completed or before? cuz I think u need 15 000 before the level is over
before. i got around 16,000 and then it multiplied to like 30,000ish

Just wondering what games you guys have pre ordered? And where? And if any you 2 plan to when available?I have pre ordered Gears of war 2 with blockbusters but may give it up to my brother because i'm thinking pre ordering at game for double points.. anyone know how much it costs to pre order with GAME for Gears of war 2?Quite few questions to keep you going :PI'm going to get Left 4 Dead too when i get chance, maybe some more. Pre-orders are a scam. How many time have you not be able to find a game. it is very rare. Big titles liek Halo 3 Gears 2 you might want to. But anything else that is not a Blockbuster instant hit you can find the day it comes out or Heaven forbid you have to wait on extra day

It makes it that much more special when you pick it up.
Fable 2, Gears of War 2, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, Dead Space, Mirrors Edge, and Star Wars: TFU. I've been very happy with every game I've gotten so far :D and I'm planning on pre-ordering MKvsDCU tomorrow

Someone that pre-orders pays the same amount as someone that buys it day one without a pre-order. I would rather pre-order and know I do not have to look around for a copy of the game I want. Plus now days they are giving you bonuses for pre-ordering so it makes more since to pre-order than it does not to.

360 fifa 09 and other games

I JUST BOUGHT FIFA 09 F0R MY 360 AND I DONT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE UPDATE EVERY WEEKEND AND DO YOU GUYS THINK THAT IT IS WORTH PAYING 60$ TO PLAY IT AND WHAT OTHER GAMES YOU GUYS RECOMEND FOR THE 360?

Dont sleep on Farcry2!

Its a heck of alot of fun! Played it at my buddys on his 360 for about an hour and now im currently playing it on pc at my place. Its alot of fun and very beautiful scenary i must say! Check this game out people! :)The singleplayer is even better then i expected Anyone else been playing it today and enjoying it? Dont sleep on Farcry2!

Only thing the PC version has is mouse+keybaord support along with 360 controller, better graphics if you have a good computer. Other then that there both great games, just better graphics on pc with the option of using a controller or keyboard and mouse.Id reccomend them both:)The editor is simply amazing. Especially for consoles, its the most in depth map editor in console history:)

It's good, but Fable 2 and Dead Space are better. I think I like Saints Row 2 more, too. :D

From what I've seen the graphics look great and I like the open-ended style, but the shooting just doesn't look very satisfying so I probably won't be getting it.

pro vs arcade

My bro took his 360 with him to college, so im stuck without one and i need to buy one for fable and rockband 2.I was wondering if the arcade or pro is a better buy. The hardrive part is no problem since i can buy one off of my buddy for 30$(20gb). And I have a extra mic from him alsoSo i was wondering if i have those 2 things, is there any real point to buying a pro if i have both those? Money is an issue to me (sort of) i have 280$ so not enough for a pro, but enough for the arcade.pro vs arcade
Well in your situation i would go with the arcade.pro vs arcade
I have a 20g HDD and I wish it were bigger. I'd recommend just getting the Pro for two reasons. 60gigger and warranty coverage. You are only $20 away from the Pro. You also would end up with a wired controller if you went with the Arcade. That kinda sucks.
I'd still be tempted by the new Pro. You get 60GB instead of 20GB, and while 20 is enough for now, we have yet to see how much space game installations will take that is coming in the November 19th update.Also by getting the Pro, the warranty will cover the HDD as well

I played the beta and really enjoyed the game for a week or so then got bored. part of getting bored was do to frustration of whenever you would play online if someone leaves the game(just before losing) or gets disconnected you got no credit at all. with all the good games coming out its going to be a rental. If the problem above is still in the game i will probably send the game back the day i get it from gamefly.
I want it! I love RTS games and if the voice stuff works, I will enjoy it a lot on my big screen tv! :D
Nope. Demo made me not like it anymore.
I dl'ed the demo, but haven't gotten around to playing it yet...every time I get a chance, I jump right into dead space instead

well in endwar weather you win or lose you get money to use to upgrade\customise your units, which to me adds a lot to the game. over 50% of the games i was in ended up with me getting nothing, which can be very frustrating.Edit: meant to quote, this is a response to the above post

no, but ther's a worldwide tracker that records the collective wins and losses of each faction
